Huge blueguill aren't spawning yet but they are already hitting.... on the bottom about 8 feet... to 10 feet.... red worms ... im catching a shit load.....
once the spawn starts ill move in close to bank and go about two foot of bottom...
right now pre spawn .... fish the bottom for them with worms..
clean up slab good bream.
fish them like catfish... put a couple weights on the bottom and the hook about 12 in up ... with small red worms ... the big slab brim are starting to get active...
getting ready for spawn...
i got like 30 yesterday.... didn't take a photo ... no reason to...
but right now about 20 to 30 yards away from shore with that setup and you will bring home some slabs....
